This website intends to chronicle significant assassinations throughout modern history while analyzing context leading up to these killings, as well as the historical impact that they have had. 

The author, Claire Darcy, is a student at Virginia Commonwealth University, class of 2024. She plans to pursue a double major in International Studies and Environmental Studies. 

This website was first created in the summer of 2020 as a project for the HIS 112 class she was enrolled in at Northern Virginia Community College, but continues to be frequently updated.
